Challenge:The client's attorney firm approached Kensium BPO in the year 2009, as the firm wanted to improve the quality of the leads in the area of debt collection.
Solution:The Kensium Back office team carefully researched the client's nature of business, the numerous types of harassment methods that the debt collection agencies follow. The challenge was enormous and a meticulous study was done on the client's business and also on the competitors' performance. The Back office team identified the list of keywords the competitors are using and also on the techniques the collection agencies are adopting. The team was successfully able to identify the exclusive target group that these collection agencies are targeting and run their optimization strategies geographically.
Kensium BPO was successful in driving quality leads to the client due to the competent research conducted by the qualified teams who are acquainted with strong conceptual knowledge on US legal system and also with best optimization methods.
Results:The Back office team began the optimization process by using generic keywords like "debt collectors harassment" and other business related keywords. Apart from these, the agency related keywords were used and these have shown significant increase in traffic and revenues. The project also had other optimization techniques such as banner ads, mobile specific landing pages, in order to improve the traffic that comes through mobile phones, PDAs etc. The results constantly improved and rise in enquiries, leads and potential customers has been noticed due to keyword relevant, ad copies and theme based ad groups.
The successful combination of constant research for meeting the client's requirement and result oriented strategies has helped us in reducing the CPL (Cost Per Lead) by 46.5%. On the other hand, the lead conversions improved by 250% and traffic by 250% respectively.
