About Client: The client is a full-spectrum e-Discovery and litigation support services company.

Challenge: The client approached Kensium BPO to perform "Data Entry of Forms" for their end-client who is a retailer dealing with Fishing and Hunting Products. The challenge was to process about 27,000 forms using client provided application with MS Access Database.

Another challenge was MS Access database limitations controlled the number of users than can use the application simultaneously, which hampered the speed to data entry.

Solution: Kensium had processed several large and very large data entry projects / Back file indexing for many clients but this project was different since client provided the application to perform the services.

Kensium’s BPO division worked with its software division and the team came out with a solution to solve this issue. The database was split into multiple parts and each part allowed multiple user access. The software team then wrote a script to merge the split databases. Kensium was able to deliver the data as per the agreed timeline with the client.

Kensium worked out an interim solution to improve the speed of processing in this case. The database and software development knowledge which the other division of Kensium possessed helped finding a right solution in this case.

Results: This innovative approach was driven by the project teams and the software team had helped the Legal division by writing a unique script that can merge the split database. This 'Work Together' approach had helped the Kensium BPO to deliver the project deliverables as per the agreed timelines.
