Kensium provided Relativity® Helpdesk project management support for a large time sensitive review project in the telecom sector. This project included 4.8 million documents and over 150 document reviewers, including attorneys from top transaction law firms (both US and Canada). Kensium's Relativity® PM support team was available for 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for the entire 15 week project.

The Kensium team monitored the client's Relativity® Helpdesk email account during the third shift and on the weekends, responding to the reviewers' routine requests and escalating issues to the appropriate US project manager.  In most cases, the team was able to provide responses to the reviewers within 15 minutes, but never more than 30 minutes. This responsive and cost-effective service allowed our client to extend their internal project management team and provide round-the-clock support for the review team during this critical project.
